18% of your grocery total (including tax) - paid directly to your shopper for their expertise and care.

Additional Store Fee Policy
Need items from another store? We charge a flat $45 per additional store to cover:
- Dedicated shopping time at the 2nd location
- Extra mileage between stores
-Vehicle wear/tear and fuel
- Order management complexity
