The heavy order fee is separate from service fee, fuel fee, and shopper tips. The heavy order fee helps cover operational costs and only applies to orders where the estimated weight of all qualifying items exceeds 50 pounds.

A Max of 6 quantities for cases of Soda, Pet Dry Food, Cat Litter, Ice Melt, Sod, Gallon Bottled Water. Other Heavy Items are LapTop/Desktop, Tires, Snow Pelts, TVs, Generators, Toy Cars. (We will assess the grocery list to review heavy items and discuss further with customer)
